Healing Starts with Connection
Life can feel heavy at times—whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, past trauma, or the stress of everyday life. You may want to feel more grounded, confident, and connected, but aren’t sure where to begin. Whatever you’re going through, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken. Healing is possible.
As a bilingual therapist, I offer a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approach that honors your story and identity. Whether we speak in English or Spanish, my focus is on creating a safe, trusting space where you can explore and heal at your own pace.
I integrate EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients process painful experiences, gain new perspective, and build emotional resilience.
Therapy with me is about building trust, honoring your story, and reconnecting with your inner strength—one step at a time. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to walk alongside you.

You feel like things overwhelm you, even though what happened “wasn’t that bad…” Or maybe you’ve had therapy before, but you felt too misunderstood to fully share who you are. You might know what happened was heavy, but have no idea how to put it down, or even if it’s possible. If any of these sounds like you, then you’ve come to the right place– welcome. Healing only happens when we feel safe enough to let it. Whether you land here or on another page, I hope I can invite you to feel that safety with me, just as you are.
In therapy, I offer a grounded, welcoming space to help you understand every part of yourself. I frequently pull from evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT to help you develop tools for handling hard times, and I love to help you weave your interests into the process. We will also process old stories, memories, and beliefs to make room for new growth.
As a (queer, neurodivergent) therapist with my own lived experience on the other side of the couch, I know it’s hard to change: to process the past, or unlearn old beliefs, or just look at your feelings head-on for the first time, but it’s always worth it. If you’re ready for the first steps of the journey, then so am I- let’s connect.

Ready for Change?
If past trauma, painful relationships, or repeating cycles weigh on your life, you don’t have to stay stuck. I specialize in trauma healing using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—both evidence-based methods proven to help with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Together, we’ll uncover the roots of repeating patterns and build new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.
Healing takes courage—but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to begin your recovery and transformation, I’m here to help you move forward with peace and confidence.
