Are you ready for change? Have you thought that there could be a different way of life, other than what you have experienced or are living? Do you feel stuck in the cycle of past traumatic events, abusive parents, or other damaging relationships? Everyday life experiences trigger the trauma of previous events, perpetuating the cycle of feelings and behaviors. Life CAN be different and we don’t do it alone. I help people understand and release the past, and move forward, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which has been found to help people with PTSD, anxiety, low self esteem, and depression.
My approach is to meet you where you are at without judgment, and walk with you as you learn about and face the root issues that are causing the cycle’s you are living in. CBT is the proven tool I use to help people understand the cycles they are living in, and learn new ways to think and respond to break those cycles.
It takes courage to be the person who changes the story, the person who recovers – I honor that. I believe people can change and generational cycles can be broken. My name is Alicia McCleod and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working in the helping field for over 11 years helping adults overcome hurdles and reach their goals.

I teach tools to relax your mind and body so that you can gain control of your life again. I help people put the past where it belongs, in the past. So that you don’t have to keep reliving it. I hold hope for you when you can no longer be hopeful for yourself. I believe you can achieve positive change in your life.
